Beef Stir Fry

Prep Time: 20 Minutes             Cook Time: 10 Minutes            Ready In: 30 Minutes 

Ingredients:

1 Pound Beef Sirloin Cut
1 Green Bell Pepper Thin-Sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper Thin-Sliced
1 Yellow Onion Chopped
1 Cup Fresh Broccoli Florets
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Bulgolgi Marinade
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Boil-in-a-bag Rice

Directions:

1. In a baggie, mix together 1 pound of cut beef and 1/2 cup of bulgolgi marinade. Leave in refrigerator. (Done night before)

2. Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium to high heat. Cook and stir beef – roughly 3 to four minutes. When the meat is browned, move to the side of the skillet and add broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes.

3. Stir beef and vegetables together. Season with sesame seeds and add sesame oil. Cook and stir until the vegetables are tender.

4. Eat with rice if desired.

TLDR; it was delicious.
