One of the most annoying things about going to the gym are the people who hog machines. Let me amend that statement. I don’t mind if the person is actually working out and resting between each set. What frustrates me to no end are the people who sit there and play on their phones for five minutes.

The going is slow, but perseverance is the name of the game. For this week I’ll be doing single workouts in the afternoon, but starting next week I’ll be hitting the gym twice a day – once in the morning and once more in the afternoon. Since lifting weights is only half the battle, I’ll soon be adding my diet into these posts as well.
